The participant hereby agrees to indemnify, save, hold harmless and defend Noelle's Pet Love Doggie Daycare Inc, and its respective current and former directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, shareholders, and advisors, and each of their respective successors, assigns, heirs, and legal representatives (collectively, the “Indemnitees”) from and against any and all injury, liability, claims, litigation, actions, suits, costs, losses, damages, attorney’s fees, expenses or demands of every character whatsoever on the account of, arising out of, resulting from or relating in any way to (a) the Participant or the Partcipant's dog's participation in the Services and (b) any act or omission of the Indemnitees, including negligence. The Customer agrees that this release shall be binding on their successors, heirs, legal representatives and assigns. The Participant hereby releases the Indemnitees from any and all liability, claims, suits, actions, loss, injury or damage of any nature or kind, which the Participant, the Partcipant's dog and any third party or their pet may suffer, including specifically, but not without limitation, any accidents, injury, damage, loss or death whatsoever while in participating in any training session with any Indemnitees.

I agree to provide 72 hours notice of any cancellations. All payments are non refundable in any case including no shows or inadequate notice of cancellation as indicated above. Payment is due in full immediately after the 1st (zoom/call) session by etransfer or cash only.
